iTapsa can also service your MacBook

Did your Mac’s hard drive go bust? Did its battery flicker? Did coffee spill onto the machine? Did the software tilt?

Don’t throw your precious device in the trash, ask us about MacBook Service instead! Through iTapsa, you can service all MacBook defects through our partner mcare (Apple Authorized Service Provider). Service will use genuine Apple parts and will not void the device’s warranty. Example repairs include:

Hard disk replacements
Memory comb replacements
Wet equipment maintenance
Screen changes
Keyboard replacement

Do this if your device breaks down

Bring the device to the nearest iTapsa store.
The device will be sent to mcare for a cost estimate, you will receive an oral cost estimate for free. If the device is not serviced, the diagnostic fee is 49 €.
mcare’s representative will contact you regarding maintenance schedule and cost.
After the assessment, the device will be repaired or alternatively returned to the same iTapsa store from which the device was sent for service. If a decision was made not to repair the device, there will be no cost to the customer!
mcare maintenance normally takes 2-4 business days. mcare provides a three (3) month warranty for maintenance.
After the service, you can pick up and pay for the repaired device at the nearest iTapsa store.
